Understanding the usage of internet banking
might be difficult for a beginner at the first go.
Not possible without internet connection.
Security issue (hacking by unauthorized person, fraud ,ID
theft)
Password security is must.
Sometimes it becomes difficult to note whether
your transaction was successful or not. (due to the loss
of net connectivity in between, or due to a slow connection, or the bank’s server
is down.)
12. THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WHILE USING INTERNET BANKING
Change your password regularly.
Do not use public computers to login .(never save your
username and password in browser)
Do not share your details with anyone. (bank never
asks for confidential information via phone or email)
Use your login ID and password only on the
official login page of the bank, which should be a
secure website.
Look for 'https://' in the URL when logging in; it
means that the website is secure.

It is a safer to type your bank URL in the address bar of the browser than clicking
on links given in an email
fraudsters can send emails with fraudulent websites links that are designed exactly
like the bank’s original website.
