2. About Schrodinger…
• Schrodinger was born in
Vienna Austria. His mother
was half English and half
Austrian and his father from
a Bavarian family.
• From 1906 to 1910 he studied
at the University of Vienna
under Fritz Hasenöhrl and
received a masters physics of
continuous media, which is
thought to be the foundation
for his future success.

3. Contributions and awards
• Acomplishments include discovering the Schrodingers wave
equation, made in 1926,
Author of the book “What is Life?”
And wrote several papers over gravity and electromagnetism.
• Received the Nobel Prize with Dirac in 1933.
• Has a crater on the moon named after him.
• Became the Director of the School for Theoretical Physics
