- A 3BL company has a regenerative and reciprocal structure where the well-being of the corporation, its labor force, and stakeholder interests are interdependent.
- Health risks – increased risks of cancer for those working at or living near power plants. There really is no safe level of radiation exposure. Terrorism danger (more radioactive material to target and harm citizens) Natural disasters (may undoubtedly at some point hit power plants) and human error causing catastrophic effects (Chernobyl example) High risks: Accidents can still happen. It is technically impossible to build a plant with 100% security. The consequences of an accident would be devastating both for human being as for the nature .The more nuclear power plants anyone including EDF build, the higher the probability of a disastrous failure somewhere in the world. Environment - Unsolved problem of radioactive waste - 13% of the nuclear waste of the 58 French nuclear power plants was secretly exported from to Russia and disposed at Seversk

- When EDF acquired half of Constellation Energy, they claim to have brought a commitment to the state of Maryland which includes $36 million to support charitable endeavors that benefit the Baltimore community and the state, and building a third Nuclear reactor at Calvert Cliffs that will provide energy and stimulate the economy (create jobs as well)
