This document provides instructions for a 3-4 page paper discussing the relationship between an organization's style and systems. The paper should address the organization's style, its key systems and how they operate, and how these relate to the organization's structure and strategy. The paper should also recommend ways to improve the organization's style and systems to enhance performance, with citations from provided background materials and other good quality resources. Specific assessment criteria include clearly communicating understanding of concepts and linking concepts to issues of privacy, transparency, and reliability. The paper should be 2-3 double-spaced pages.

1. Drawing on the background materials and the information you
collected in your SLP for this module, write a 3- to 4-page
paper discussing the relationship between your organization's
style and systems. Be sure to address the following questions:
What is the organization's style?
What are its key systems and how do they operate?
How do these elements fit with the organization's structure and
strategy?
Recommend ways (if there are any) that its style and systems
could be improved to improve organizational performance.
When your paper is done, proofread it (use both spell and
grammar checks), and then upload it. Use information from the
modular background as well as any good-quality resource you
can find. Cite all sources at the end of your paper.
The following will also be specifically assessed:
Your ability to clearly communicate your understanding of the
concepts (i.e., clouding, etc.).
Your ability to link the concepts to the issues of privacy,
transparency and reliability.
Length: 2–3 pages, double-spaced.
