19. The reason I found the inactive board members
to be such a problem is because not only does it
put more stress on the active members, but also
because there are many people who would give
the necessary time and work to make the United
Way of Mercer County succeed farther. When
we remove the inactive members, we will be
using our resources wiser and the results can
benefit the community even more.
