get more loyal customer and also provide high quality service to customers to get more fruitful
business.
 Mass adoption of NFC phones will be a big unseen business opportunity for automobile industry , this
article will describe how NFC Mobile shopping happens.

Stage 1: The Pre Buy
 Consumer do a bit of research about the car in the internet search.
 Collect opinions in Facebook and Twitter see reviews of the car blogs.
 Viewing the mobile or online ads while using internet or Facebook.

Stage 2: In Transit
 Consumer will considering a Car purchase while on the moving in car showroom by viewing
the promotional videos and/or product using videos by tapping NFC Tags on different cars in
showroom.

Stage 3: On Location
 Consumer if he/she think Car exactly match their demand, on location they will seek opinions from
friends ,peers and family members using twitter or Facebook and Myspace , foursquare sharing’s.

Stage 4: Selection Process
 After collecting opinions from friends, peers and family members, customer again checking company
warranty /exchange offerings in social networks and company policy, just tapping the NFC Tags.

Stage 5: Point of Purchase
 If customer decided to purchase the car, customer can buy simple clicking
payment button in mobile page using Google wallet and other contact less
payment options.

Stage 6: Post purchase
 This is where consumers use social media to share photos and info on what they just bought.
 The biggest challenge and opportunity is for auto showrooms to become part of the conversation at this
point, retailers issuing coupons to Customers to promote positive reviews about their car purchase to his
social folks and build a long lasting relationship with consumers.
