4. Procedures
• 1) To start off class I will ask the students to write
their own definitions of entrepreneurs. The
students can be broken into groups for this.
• 2) After about 5 minutes, I will stop them and
give them my definition of an entrepreneur and
examples of some.
• 3) I would then show videos of some famous
entrepreneurs to the class (i.e. Bill Gates, Steve
Jobs)
• 4) I would then bring in guest speakers –
entrepreneurs in the community
5. Assessment
• A way of doing one assessment is for the
students to create their own business using
PowerPoint. They will create a business that
interests them and show it through
PowerPoint on the day its due.
• The business can range from a lemonade
stand, to a pharmacy, to a sporting goods
store.
