3. ABSTRACT
The following training project development of a job in English is evidenced, which
was done by apprentices of the technologist in Business Management of;
1131707-2 FARMING CENTER AND ANIMAL DEVELOPMENT OF HUILA which
we are doing out a consultancy to the company Madera Artesanal in Garzón, the
owner being the businesswoman called Nancy Cristina Cerón, in order to guide
her, to know how the microenterprise is in all its areas and in case of this evil
should be given immediately strategies in order to make it competitive and
sustainable compared to other companies in the region.
Within the formative project, four fundamental areas were implemented and
developed, which were the result of the knowledge acquired and shared by all the
members, in order to provide support and help to the company to improve its
organization and to know what It is needed.Those areas are: the administrative,
financial, production and sales area, which will be explained briefly below:
1. The administrative área was an internal diagnosis, finding many faults given
that the company does not have a mission and vision stipulated, because
the company only had in mind, the company was not organized since its
areas did not were distributed.
2. The Accounting area, was compiled and analyzed the different aspects that
had been runing the company, which consisted of not carrying accounting
books, the businesswoman used only a notebook where he wrote down
what he entered the company, apart from this alone delivery invoices when
they are large orders.
3. The sales area, the company had a great failure in this at the beginning
since the girl of the customer service was very rude to the customers, she
did not perform her respective tasks and was unpunished, this was able to
make a strategy for the improvement of This area, demanding to the
businesswoman that the time of hiring was stricter and said person was
responsible.
4. The production área, the operator of the company was known, who is
requested at the time it is required and in this case is when there is new
merchandise to fix or sanding the large products. It was also taken into
account that it had no risk with the slicer.
