Letter of recommendation for Amir Farran
It’s my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Amir as he seeks a new
employment opportunity. As Amir’s sole direct manager at Haemek Snacks, I’ve worked
closely with him over the past year and a half. Amir showed excellent communication and
professional skills and consistently worked for achieving the company's goals. On a personal
level, he’s charismatic and well-spoken, both qualities that have served him well in his role as
Food Engineer in our company.
Amir served as a quality assurance manager and food engineer from May, 2015 until
November, 2016. In this period of time Amir successfully led the company through ISO 9001
and FSSC 22000 Certification Audits and has managed the company's food safety system
efficiently. In addition, he conducted several research and development processes and
production experiments eventually leading to the development of a new corn based chocolate
breakfast cereal. Furthermore, Amir helped in the consistent process and projects for
improving the company's traditional products.
In his work at Haemek Snacks Amir managed to bring together the different departments of
the company for a common goal of helping the company grow and overcome several audits
and inspections while representing the company against state and official members like
ministry of health, environment and ISO certification bodies. Amir is experienced in working
with international companies such as Unilever as our company is a manufacturer of a
Unilever brand. Amir represented our company in working and answering Unilever's
demands and has experience working with Unilever's senior Q.A managers in Israel.
Finally, Amir has proven himself to be a strong cultural fit here at Haemek Snacks. He’s
always ready to lend a helping hand to his teammates and contributes during brainstorming
sessions, meetings and presentations together with the sales and marketing team and the
company's senior management.
