2. Shrimp Scampi

Ingrediants:
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 pkg McCormick Shrimp Scampi
Seasoning Mix
¼ cup Olive Oil and butter
2 tbsp White Wine (may substitute with 1
tbsp lemon juice
8oz of your choice of pasta, cooked and
drained
3. Let’s Get Cooking!
1. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet on
medium heat. Heat until butter has
melted.
2. Add shrimp and seasoning
3. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes stirring
consistently (or until shrimp turns pink)
4. Stir in white wine (or lemon juice
4. Once you’ve completed toss with cooked pasta to coat well . Serve with parmesan
cheese if desired.
