Skill View is a powerful web-based system used to identify people's "soft skills" , the cluster of personality traits that can be an important part of the success of a person and of an organization. The system implies a reduction of error, time and costs in the selection and evaluation procedures. Skill View is currently in use with some multinational companies, as well as two of the most prestigious Italian Universities.
