1. Miguel de Cervantes born the 29 of
September of 1547 in Alcalá de Henares and
die the 22 of April of 1616 in Madrid.
Cervantes was a novelist, poet and dramatist
Spanish. He is the most important figure in
the Spanish literature.
He is known primarily by “Don Quijote de la
Mancha”.
He has 6 brothers: Andrés, Andrea, Luisa,
Rodrigo, Magdalena y Juan.
October 7, 1571 he took part in “La Batalla
de Lepanto”.
Called them the one-armed man of Lepanto
because he haven´t got the left hand.
He was kidnapped in Argel and regresed to
Spain in May of 1581.
He married the 12 of December of 1584.
2. In the last years of the live he went to
Andalucía.
He died at the age of 68 years by diabetes, in
the know “Casa de Cervantes”.
