1. Effective Asset Management by accountability of CBOs.
2. The GP & concerned Dept. / Agency have shared the responsibility.

4. CBO based Business Units (Such as Bee Keeping, Mushroom Unit, Wood Craft Unit,
Floriculture, Paper Mache Products, Sanitary Napkin Packaging Unit etc.)

1. Utilization of beneficiary contribution to inculcate a sense of ownership.
2. Concerned Departments have been contacted to saturate the basic, social and digital
amenities in Rurban clusters on priority basis.
3. Economy generation activities have been focused by the use of existing infrastructure
rather than new infrastructure development.
4. We are in Process to Brand our products of Rurban Cluster with brand name ( Such
as SANGOM in Birhu Cluster).
