entering to the village including:

- Environmental condition of the village

government side to explain to them the capacity building

6. 4- Based on the gathered information, the suitable
ENTRANCE STRATEGY would be selected by considering the
following points:
- Identifying powerful/influential people at community level
and briefing them before having common meeting
- Using capacity of existing events (participating in ongoing

- Local Community (in implementation of the plan in terms of
man power)
- NGO or Facilitator (for education and training and advisory
services by help of senior experts from Government body or
Universities or Research Centers or Scientific Association)

be implemented correctly and on time and it has
positive impacts on livelihood condition of local

consultation of local community (by defining suitable
Criteria and Indicators)

11- Selecting a proper Exit Strategy
It is supposed that after capacity building and empowering
process, the local community members have high level of self-
confidence and more aware of their potentials and capacities and
the know how to find proper solution to use them and to cop
with threats and shocks and to use new opportunities and how to
work as a team and group working. They know advantage of
considering Value chain, Processing of Raw Material, branding,
packaging and direct marketing the rural products and using
integrated and holistic approaches so they need less support of
outsiders

12- Supervision and Distance Support
Capacity Building at community level and Empowering them
takes time and since situation is not constant (we have dynamic
systems) so NGO or Local Officials has a role in supervising the

request) would be provided
