• “We see HR-Strategy (future roles, skill development,
etc.) as part of an AI/BD-strategy mainly in the
enterprise sector. Unfortunately, this is often
different with medium sized companies.
• The lack of data scientists is forcing companies to
educate existing employees who collaboratively work
with external BD/AI experts to implement the strategy
and learn from the experts.
• End users of AI-infused tools and processes are
unfortunately often not trained enough. This would be
particularly important as the insights provided by the
AI instances often have to be interpreted.”
