8. RULES
ROUND 1 (ELIMINARY ROUND)
1. The contestants must put on school uniform .
2. Re-registration commences from 06:30 to 07:30 AM.
3. Registration must be fixed in January 26th, but it is going to be
charged IDR 85.000 for out of the date.
4. The contestants must put on his/her ID number during the
competition .
5. The contestants must submit 2 speech texts (hard file).

9. 6. Max 7 minutes for each performance and the judges are going
to have the performance ended if the time is up.
7. Eliminary round is divided into two venues .
8. Ten best contestants selected go on to the final round.

10. ROUND 2 (Final Round)
1. The speech topic at the final round is impromptu .
2. Participants are allowed to search for information dealing with
the theme of speech in guidance.
3. Participants are given 60 minutes to have break and
preparation for the final round.
4. In the final round, participants only have 7 minutes to
perform.
5. Having the performance the judges will ask a question relating
to the speech delivered.
6. For 2 minutes the contestant is allowed to answer
adjudicators’ question
7. The decision is totally in judges’ authority.

11. ADJUDICATION CRITERIAS
1. 30% Deliverance (how to deliver the content of the speech )
2. 20% Communication ability (the ability of participants to be
communicative with the audience)
3. 25% Content (the content of the speech must be in accordance
with one of the themes determined and not containing
elements of SARA)
4. 25% Organization (composition / coherence of the text)

20. RULES
ROUND I (Elimination Round)
 Re-registration commences from 07:00 to 09:00. (Only
based on the time table the re-registration is allowed)
 Registration must be fixed on January 26th, but it is
going to be charged IDR 85.000 for out of the date.
 Each contestant must perform with a different story.
 Each contestant must submit 2 hard copies of the story.
 For the contestant called 3 times and no response, he
or she is going to be disqualified.
 Maximum 5 minutes for each performance.

21.  Light Green = to start
Light Yellow = signing that 3 minutes
performance is going on.
Light Red
= time is up.
Contestants are allowed to bring the properties
needed.
 Final is going to shortlist 5 best contestants
The decision is totally in the judges’ authority.

22. ROUND II (Final Round)
 The papers used by contestants are provided by the
committee.
 Contestants are not allowed to exchange envelope
with other participants’ envelopes
 If a contestant gets a picture having the same topic as
in Round I so the contestants are required to perform
in different style.
 Contestants may bring a translator equipment.
 Each contestant has 30 minutes to make a story with
the topic from the picture

23. Contestants are not allowed to see the text
while telling the story
 Max 5 minutes to perform.
Contestants are allowed to ask if the picture
got is unclear.
Contestants must confirm first to the comittee
if going out of the room.
The decision is totally in the judges authority.
