Save: Saves the current document using the new Word format.
Save As: Saves a document in a specific format.
Open: Opens an existing document from any target location.
Close: Closes an open document.
Info: The options in this group prepare and mark documents as final so changes
can be made to them.
Recent: Displays recently opened documents for quick acces.
New: Creates an word document, blog, or template.
Print: Offers several sets of options like copy or send thing to a printer.
Save and Share: Shares documents by saving and sending them in e-mail.
Options: Provides Word document and setting options, including general options,
document proofing options, etc.
Print Layout: Is the default view It displays the document as it will look when printed
and enables you to use the Ribbon to create and edit your document.
Full Screen Reading: View is made for reading documents onscreen.
Web Layout: View shows how the document would look as Web page.
Outline: view displays the document as an outline and offers and outline tab with
commands for creating and editing outlines.
Draft: View is strictly for editing text.
The zoom group of commands lets you zoom in to get a closer view of a page or
zoom out to see more of the document at a smaller size.
Scroll bars: allow a user to move up or down or side to side within a document.
Word´s Find command is now located in the Navigation Pane in the Show group
on the View tab, as well as on the Home tab in the Editing group.
In the home tab on Editing group, the drop-down arrow by the Find button displays
a menu that contains the Find, Advanced Find, Replace and To Go commands.
2. To highlight every occurance of a parcticular word or phrase in your document,
you must activate Advanced Find.
The To Go command and Select Browse Object button provide ways to navigate
through longer documents quickly.
