Every person have got a dream. A dream to see future comes to be as how
he/she wishes. Many individuals have dream to have a successful life: yet every
body have a dream to see tomorrow comes true as how he/she feels. That when
majorities of people dreams this way; no one is dreaming to have a successful
life for helping those in needy.
The world is in short supply of individuals who dream to have a successful life
for supplying to those in needy. The world is in short supply of successful
persons who dream to create JOB opportunities for others to fill the vacancies.
Every individual is dreaming to individual level successful life. Only few
people are dreaming for the betterment of the next generation.

It is the intention of this presentation, to take you and your mind to the point of thinking
better how to challenge the future with fearless confidence. It aim at reminding this
generation that when we are thinking of how to fulfill or meeting the success we dream; we
should be thinking of others and not only ourselves.
The New Age should learn from us. We should prepare ourselves mentally and
physically to better challenge the future with full confidence. We should dream
the success which will foster better sustainability of the new age. That will be a
better success we should opt to dream. It will be better for developing a
peaceful world.

CHALLENGING THE
FUTURE IS LIKE TOUCHING
THE SKY.
 Many people find difficult to reach their
dream and destiny of their lives because
they do not manage to tolerate the
difficulties they face.
 Many youth do not want to struggle to the
ending. The try and quit while in process.
Stop quitting while in the process of
fulfilling your dream.
 Reaching a successful life is a challenging
issue today. Every one have got good
ideas. Stop thinking for a better idea than
what you have now. Work on them and
you will succeed.

7. CHALLENGE THE FUTURE REAL SITUATION
Because, especially we want to speak with the today’s generation which is supposed to
prepare the betterment of the next generation; now, the 21st Century is uncounted
with a lot of challenges when it comes to person’s success. These challenges are, (to
mention few):
SUCCESS CHALLENGE: everyone have a dream to succeed so as to live a better life
and reach a desired goals in life.
EMPLOYMENT CHALLENGE: everyone want to have formal and better job. No
one want to have informal jobs. Unfortunately, the world employment trend report
by UN reveals that, Job creators are fewer compared to job seekers. Also, many jobs
are informal.
LAZINESS: many people, especially unsuccessful people including youth are lazy.
This is not common to successful people. The successful people spend time effectively
doing works .

LOVE AFFAIR: many individual pays much attention and concentration on love
affairs. Because of love affairs many individuals are facing stress and have lost
hope due to unfaithfulness in love affairs. This in mainly to youth and thus they
have lost even life meaning, the purpose of their life.
TOLERANCE: this means the power or capacity of an organism to tolerate
unfavorable environmental conditions. Many individual try this and that in order
to succeed but when the meet up new challenge the give up on spot. In the todays
millennium tolerance is very important.

9. SUCCESS: Is a potential destiny of all created things.
Or
Is a completion and successful fulfillment of the purpose for your
existence. It is not making a lot of money. Not making many friends.
It is therefore new discovering of someone's property and completing
before you die.

FUTURE: the "future" we always hear and address is already inside us. When God
created us he had a purpose to do with us. He then established first our future before he
created us. Therefore, the future is already inside us. this means, if we really wait for the
future, then, of course, a better future is today and not tomorrow.
When you listen to many people, you can hear them saying "I have a dream in my life. I
dream to have this and that when I' am Forty or whatever years upon." STOP COUNTING
ON TOMORROW, a better future to be established and fulfilled is today. Use what is already
made inside you. That can help to establish your future.
Remember: “A man should live with huge ambition in his heart to
fulfill in the future”

what is needed is to change today. You cannot stop or avoid changes.
you have two options you can become:
1. to be a VICTIM of changes
2. to be an AGENT of changes.
an agent of changes initiates the change they desire. If we don't be PRO- ACTIVE we will
be REACTIVE (victims of changes).
We can only choose to be either agents of change or victims of changes.
REMEMBER: “your future is more powerful than your past why? because you
can do more with your future but not your past. the past is fixed. Also, TIME is a
validate days, weeks, and years so that we can live life in those.”

12. WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN FACING THE FUTURE?
1. Integrating vision and value.
VISION means a vivid metal image a perception experience of seeing. Or. The
formation of mental image of something that is not perceived as real and is not
present to the senses.
VALUE, on the other hand, is an Ideal accepted by some individual or group.
Therefore, vision without vision is destiny without discipline. Vision is protected
by values that mean, vision is interpreted by value. Organizational vision is
corporate purpose in picture. It is, therefore, corporate CONVICTION manifested.

2. IMPONTANCE OF TIME
The value of life is not in duration. We are not important in this
world because of how long we live. We are important because
of how effective we live. Everyone has got a dream to live a
successful life in this world. You can hear one telling, "I want to
be someone in the future". Your futures are inside you and not
in others and you are carrying your own law materials to fulfill
your future. As long as the life time is too short and decreases
day to day: there is no much time to fulfill your future. The time
is too limited. When you pass your time you begin to do
foolishness. It is, therefore, very important to maximize the
time to fulfill your purpose in your life.
You may have done nothing to the moment you hear/read this
presentation. My challenge to you today is, it doesn't matter
how many years passed by. It only counts on which steps are
you going to take and starts to initiates today. Decide to do so
many things from this moment. It doesn’t matter that you have
done nothing in this 2015. Decide to do things in the New Year
2016 like the thing you could have done for 5 years. Only
decide to do so many things with so much focus and
concentration to the extent people will have to think that you
timed 5 years in one year.
That is possible if you take your time to think and realize God's
purpose in you life. God created us in this world to fulfill certain
purposes.

14. IMPORTANCE OF TIME CONT…
WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO?
1. First and foremost, you have to realize the purpose of your life. asks yourself a
question, why you ware created? think more deep and you will realize. find your time to
find the answers of why you ware created.
2. Demonstrate the necessities of your dream. you should have to know the
qualifications you need to have in order to reach your dream. list down all you need to be
like so as to reach your destination. also, think of how you are going to get those
qualifications. avoid to allow your inferiors think that it is impossible.
3. Choose friends who will take you to fulfillment of your purpose. there
are some friends you will have to droop and there some new friends you will have to
associates with them to reach your dream. you have to develop your network with capable
and qualified people who will help you in your struggle.
4. Prepare yourself mentally to see your success.

Sometime in life we thought that this or that is right. however our thought seems to be right;
the world can never be changed in a day. And sometime our courage can be really great and
made other people annoyed by us. But dear, courage is not everything.
If you want to change the world you have to built your power because the scream of people
who don't have power is nothing.
WHAT IS TO BE DONE?
First you should have to be strong. Only strong people control the world. To be the owner of
the world: you have to be the owner of yourself first. This is due to the reason that you will
fail to accomplish your mission if you are swayed by your feeling at every turn. When you
become the owner of yourself you will then be the owner of others.
