However, it is also important for these firms to address the challenges associated with the use of technology in education in order to ensure that the potential benefits are fully realized. This paper tries to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the edtech sector from the learner’s perspective and the teachers’ and educational institutions’ perspectives.
