Lifestyle modification is one of the risk factor for cardiovascular diseases.Fastfood plays a very important role in the lifestyle modification. Nowadays fast food is one of the essential foods in our day today life mainly in urban areas[12].In this paper, a discussion is made on how much intake of fastfood will lead to heart diseases and the threshold value for the fast food eaters using fuzzy rule based system is studied. Finally the threshold value for fast food eaters is detected.

Abstract
Lifestyle modification is one of the risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Fast food plays a
very important role in the lifestyle modification. Nowadays fast food is one of the essential
foods in our day today life mainly in urban areas [12].In this paper, a discussion is made on
how much intake of fast food will lead to heart diseases and the threshold value for the fast
food eaters using fuzzy rule based system is studied. Finally the threshold value for fast food
eaters is detected.

In the last three decades, these diseases have reached epidemic proportions worldwide [1]. According to the results of a recent study published in the journal Circulation, adopting five low-risk lifestyle factors may be linked to longer life spans in Americans [2]. Adopting the outbreak investigation using the network models and network theories is a sure way to prevent food-borne threats compared to the standard public strategies or procedures that use tracings along the food shipping chains and case-control studies. These methods or interventions are biased in data collection and time-consuming. The network in this intervention program will capture the different transportation routes or transmission pathways that are the major points along the food production chain identified to result in food poisoning (Meyers, Newman, Martin et al., 2003). We have learned in the earlier sections that the best approach to preventing food-borne illness is understanding the mechanisms of food poisoning and developing strategies that can control such points along the chain of production. The technique employed will only require spatial information on the case reports that are regularly collected by the public health institutions. Therefore, the self-report survey will be analyzed in this case. Also important will be the model used for the food distribution networks. The approach that is based on the concept of replacing the geographic distance (conventional) with effective distance efficiently identifies the most probable epicenters that are the origins of the food-borne illness outbreaks. While several interventions have been brought forward to prevent the outbreak of food-borne diseases, most of the approaches have not been effective enough in identifying the outbreak origin and then acting immediately to control any potential spread of the disease. Abstract: This descriptive study aimed at studying whether the effects of diabetes mellitus can predict its management in Kakamega County and Kenya. 327 respondents took part in the survey, with 135 (41.3%) being females and 192 (58.7%) being males. Most of the respondents, 190 (62.5%) had acquired primary education, 23 (7.6%) of the respondents had attained post-secondary education. 91(29.9%) of the respondents had attained secondary education. Most of the respondents did know the side effects of diabetes mellitus 204 (67.1%). Those who said loose of body weight 91 (29.9%) as side effects of diabetes were many as compared to those who identified non-healing wounds 9 (3%). Most of the respondents indicated that they did exercise as part of utilization of glucose in the blood stream. Although bicycling was done as an exercise but those who did were 13 (4.3%) as those who did not were 291 (95.7%). A balanced diet results in control of blood pressure and dyslipidemia which was a good riddance in the study area. Both the national government and the county government of Kenya and Kakamega respectively should strengthen health systems through innovative health care and promotion on effects of diabetes mellitus so that the burden of diabetes mellitus is reduced on both the health care services and the community in Kakamega and Kenya.

The current study, which was conducted in the district Dir (Upper) in Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Pakistan, investigated the relationship between dietary patterns and the prevalence of hypertension. A total of three hundred and thirty one sample size was determined from 2500 respondents as per the Sekarn criteria. The sampled respondents were recruited from Rural Health Centers (RHC) and other clinics and dispensaries in Tehsil (Sub-division) Sheringal of district Dir Upper, Khyber Pukhtunkhwah Pakistan using a convenient sampling method. Further, the data were collected through a structured questionnaire covering the study variables, which were dietary habits (independent variable) and hypertension (dependent variable). Moreover, the selected data were analyzed by the application of SPSS (25 version) by applying descriptive statistics and chi-square test statistics analysis. Furthermore, all the attributes of hypertension were indexed and crosstabulated to expose the association with dietary habits at bivariate level analysis. With descriptive statistics, the results indicated that majority of the respondents, with regards to gender identity, who suffered from hypertension were male, between the age group of 40-59 years, with a high illiteracy level. At bivariate level a significant association was found between hypertension and lack of proper food; less vegetable consumption; and excessive usage of salty food was the major cause of hypertension. Based on the aforementioned findings, it is possible to conclude that the respondents' poor daily food habits were the root cause of their hypertension. No previous research has assessed the nongenetic factors, especially the nutrition status of MS patients in Arab countries. Hence, this study aims to assess the nutritional status of MS patients among Arab adults. This study is a nationally representative cross-sectional study using a structured, online self-administered, validated quantitative food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) from 13 Arab countries. All data analyses were performed using STATA 16.0 and R for statistical computing version 4.0.4. A total of 813 participants were surveyed, most of the MS participants were female (68.4%), married (58.5%), non-smoker (72.6%) and 53.3% were diagnosed with MS for up to five years. MS participants did not consume the DRI of both the macro and the micronutrients including the energy requirements, except the dietary intake of the sodium which was insignificantly different from the DRI. Results also showed that most participants rarely consumed the main food items including bread, cereals, and most types of meat. While, more than 50% of the participants consumed fruit, vegetables, all types of chicken, fish, fresh soup, rice, and egg up to 3 times per month. On the other hand, milk and milkshake were consumed rarely; while, tea and herbal teas were the most common beverages. Nutrient deficiencies are very common among MS Arab patients. The finding of this study can establish a base for the development of a nutritional program for MS patients in accordance with the recommended DRI.

Diabetes is fast gaining the status of a potential epidemic in India with more than 62 million diabetic individuals currently diagnosed with the disease. In 2000, India (31.7 million) topped the world with the highest number of people with diabetes mellitus followed by China (20.8 million) with the United States (17.7 million) in second and third place respectively. The prevalence of diabetes is predicted to double globally from 171 million in 2000 to 366 million in 2030 with a maximum increase in India..In addition to this, the complications associated with diabetes is also in the higher rate . 4 The Management of diabetes is most critical part, Lifestyle modifications like dietary modifications, physical activity like aerobic exercise, some major drugs of diabetes management, insulin therapy, foot care of diabetes and annual screening. Most of the patients are economically poor. So the researcher found that aerobic exercise is economical and have lot of health benefits on diabetic patients. Aim: The aim of study is to check the effectiveness of video assisted teaching regarding aerobic exercise and practice to maintain blood glucose level among diabetes. Methodology: The research approach adopted for the present study is an Quantitative research approach and the design adopted was quasi experimental design. The setting for the study was Crescent Hospital, Alathur .Palakkad, Kerala. The sample size of the present study was 50, simple random sampling technique was used to select samples. Finding: The pre test and post mean value of blood glucose among experimental and control group was 173.2,149.96 &153.16 ,148.92 .The pre test and post mean score of knowledge on practice among experimental and control group was 11.4,15.08 and 11.04,11.68 .In experimental group the obtained ‘t’value for the blood glucose was 2.347 and obtained ‘t’value knowledge on practice was 8.742 .The demographic variables had no association with the post blood glucose value . Conclusion: The present study result shows the effectiveness of video assisted teaching regarding aerobic exercise in reduction of blood glucose level among diabetes.

Abstract Background The rising prevalence of type 2 diabetes underlines the importance of secondary strategies for the prevention of target organ damage. While access to diabetes education centers and diabetes intensification management has been shown to improve blood glucose control, these services are not available to all that require them, particularly in rural and northern areas. The provision of these services through the Home Care team is an advance that can overcome these barriers. Transfer of blood glucose data electronically from the home to the health care provider may improve diabetes management. Methods/Design The study population will consist of patients with type 2 diabetes with uncontrolled A1c levels living on reserve in the Battlefords region of Saskatchewan, Canada. This pilot study will take place over three phases. In the first phase over three months the impact of the introduction of the Bluetooth enabled glucose monitor will be assessed. In the second phase over three months, the development of guidelines based treatment algorithms for diabetes intensification will be completed. In the third phase lasting 18 months, study subjects will have diabetes intensification according to the algorithms developed. Discussion The first phase will determine if the use of the Bluetooth enabled blood glucose devices which can transmit results electronically will lead to changes in A1c levels. It will also determine the feasibility of recruiting subjects to use this technology. The rest of the Diabetes Risk Evaluation and Management Tele-monitoring (DreamTel) study will determine if the delivery of a diabetes intensification management program by the Home Care team supported by the Bluetooth enabled glucose meters leads to improvements in diabetes management.

Detection of software bugs and its occurrences, repudiation and its root cause is a very difficult process in large multi threaded applications. It is a must for a software developer or software organization to identify bugs in their applications and to remove or overcome them. The application should be protected from malfunctioning. Many of the compilers and Integrated Development Environments are effectively identifying errors and bugs in applications while running or compiling, but they fail in detecting actual cause for the bugs in the running applications. The developer has to reframe or recreate the package with the new one without bugs. It is time consuming and effort is wasted in Software Development Life Cycle. There is a possibility to use graph mining techniques in detecting software bugs. But there are many problems in using graph mining techniques. Managing large graph data, processing nodes with links and processing subgraphs are the problems to be faced in graph mining approach. This paper presents a novel algorithm named BugLoc which is capable of detecting bugs from the multi threaded software application. The BugLoc uses object template to store graph data which reduces graph management complexities. It also uses substring analysis method in detecting frequent subgraphs. The BugLoc then analyses frequent subgraphs to detect exact location of the software bugs. The experimental results show that the algorithm is very efficient, accurate and scalable for large graph dataset.

The detection of moving object is an important in many applications such as a vehicle identification in a traffic monitoring system,human detection in a crime branch.In this paper we identify a vehicle in a video sequence.This paper briefly explain the detection of moving vehicle in a video.We introduce a new algorithm BGS for idntifying vehicle in a video sequence. First, we differentiate the foreground from background in frames by learning the background. Then, the image is divided into many small nonoverlapped frames. The candidates of the vehicle part can be found from the frames if there is some change in gray level between the current image and the background. The extracted background subtraction method is used in subsequent analysis to detect a vehicle and classify moving vehicle.

This paper presents an implementation of one dimensional Burgers equation using implicit method with Intel Xeon Phi Coprocessor. In particular, we used MAGMA MIC library which is an open source high performance library for solving a systems of non-linear equations. Further for high performance computation we consider offload mode as the primary mode of operation for Intel Xeon phi coprocessor. The result obtained from implicit scheme is then compared with the exact values and it’s seen that the results obtained are approximate and reliable. The result table showed that the proposed scheme achieved higher performance on Intel MIC platform.

Cryptography is important in communicating secured information that is vulnerable to distortion. The main goal of this paper is encrypting the small arbitrary length data without any changes in the length and data type. We propose a flexible arbitrary length small domain block cipher (FPESD). FPESD is based on AES Algorithm. The resulting cipher text is the same as input plaintext. Here, we use Galois finite field GF (28) and format preserving key to implement FPE. For decryption format preserving key is used along with cipher text and secret key.

Test Suite Reduction is an optimization technique to identify the minimally sized subset of test cases with enforced constraints involved. The main purpose of test suite reduction is to deduce increased number of test cases that in turn increase the time and cost involved in execution. Fault Detection is the method of identifying the faults that affect the outcome of the system either logically or syntactically. This paper focuses on the reduction of the test suite that has high fault identification rates and also incurs low cost of execution of test cases. The proposed approach includes a new parameter Fault Detection Effectiveness to identify fault rates of test suite; an algorithm for test suite reduction based on priority of requirements; a low cost framework to identify the execution of test cases with minimum budget. Thus, the proposed work defines a test suite that has high fault detection effectiveness providing maximum coverage to requirements at minimum cost of execution.

As the e-commerce is gaining popularity various customer surveys of objects are currently accessible on the Internet. These surveys are frequently disordered, prompting challenges in knowledge discovery and object assessment. This article proposes an object feature positioning skeleton, which consequently recognizes the critical features of an object from online customer surveys. The critical object features are recognized focused around two perceptions: 1) they are normally commented extensively by customers and 2) customer suppositions on the critical feature significantly impact their general assessments on the object. Specifically, given the customer surveys of an item, we first extract the object feature by a shallow reliance parser and focus customer suppositions on these features through an opinion characterizer. We then create a probabilistic object feature positioning calculation to identify the criticalness of perspectives by at the same time considering feature recurrence and the impact of customer opinion given to every feature over their general opinion. The experimental results on 3 popular products demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach.

The integrity of data stored in the cloud is one of the challenges to be addressed before the novel storage model is applied widely. This paper analyses the efficiency issues and security dodge of an existing scheme and proposes an amended data integrity scheme using improved RSA and number theory based concept for cloud archive. This scheme of protecting the integrity of guest virtual machines can be agreed upon by both the cloud and the customer and can be incorporated in the service level agreement (SLA).Based onhypothetical analysis, we demonstrate that the proposedscheme has a provably safe and highly adroit dataintegrity inspection measure.

What cause to the neurons of the human brain cells when they are damaged. They become inactive. So damage to subthalamiuc nucleus (STN) neurons of the human brain causing larger involuntary movements and thereby attacking the Parkinson’s disease (PD). Deep brain stimulation (DBS) of bilateral sub thalamic nuclei (STN) is an efficient method of rehabilitation technique in subjects with advanced idiopathic Parkinson’s (or Parkinson) disease. Accurate targeting of STN neurons and placement of microelectrodes/ (neurosensors) are paramount importance for optimal results after STN-DBS method.In this paper, microminiaturized electrode recordings (MER) of STN neurons were detected in a mean of 3.5 ±1.1 channels on right hemisphere and 3.6 ±1.04 on left hemisphere.Final channel selected were most commonly central seen in 42.3% followed by anterior in 33.7%. When a high current is delivered to STN or GPi neurons of basal ganglia (a component of human brain), causing their inhibition and improved indication of symptoms. It is now known that there is a significant change in the firing pattern and a reorganization of the entire basal ganglia circuit with DBS. The MER of STN neurons has identified a specific high frequency irregular larger amplitude firing patterns seen only in disease states and hence used to detect the neurons of ST nucleus during functional surgery. Microelectrode recording is so useful to confirm the right path but has to be taken in consideration with effects on macro stimulation.

In most of the real time scenario, authentication is required very much so as to enable the person to access a private database of any type. Researchers have started using biometric traits for the authenticity of a person. The various biometrics traits available are face, iris, palm print, hand geometry, fingerprint, ear etc., But the application that uses a single biometric trait often have to challenge with noisy data, restricted degrees of autonomy, non-universality of the biometric trait and intolerable error rates. Multi biometric systems seem to lighten these drawbacks by providing multiple verification of the same personality. Biometric fusion is the use of multiple biometric inputs or methods of processing to improve performance. In this paper, a novel combination of Multi biometric fusion, Symmetric Cryptography and Asymmetric Cryptography is proposed. A fused biometric image is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard whose secret key is in turn encrypted using elliptic curve cryptography which is considered as one of the efficient Asymmetric cryptographic algorithms. As the symmetric cryptographic algorithms involve in key exchange mechanism, the secret key is proposed to be secured by using ECC. Hence, the system proposed is expected to be more secured to store the biometric traits of an individual.

American Bollworm (Helicoverpa zea): Known in some regions as the corn earworm, it is similar in behavior to Helicoverpa armigera and poses a threat to a variety of crops, including cotton. The larvae attack the cotton bolls, leading to direct damage to the cotton lint and seeds. Management Strategies: Cultural Controls: Crop rotation, destruction of crop residues, and deep plowing can help break the pest’s life cycle. Timing of planting can also be adjusted to avoid peak pest infestation. Biological Controls: Natural enemies like Trichogramma wasps, which parasitize bollworm eggs, and predators such as lacewings and ladybugs can be encouraged. Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) products can also be sprayed, which are particularly effective against young larvae.
