In 2011, SC order the actual distribution of
land.
They will doing this by compensating the
owners. The COJUANCO-AQUINO family.
The government will pay the advance and the
farmers will pay the rest.
7. COJUANCO-AQUINO compensation
They will be compensated for 4,335 hectares
of land which will be distributed to the
farmers.
Note (based on report):
if each hectare is valued P1,000,000. then,
P1,000,000 x 4,335 hectares = P4.335 billion.
It is from PUBLIC FUNDS and farm workers.

Conclusion:
COJUANCO-AQUINO will receive this high amount of
money?!

Note:
The CARP has been expired in 2008 from year
1987(that is 21 years).
It was extended by declaring CARPER which will be
expired in year2014 from year 2008.
