E2M provides turn-key online-stores.
The Ukraine has actually more than 20 million internet users but in
terms of online-shopping it’s an emerging market in a very early
stage.
Due to the presence of so many internet users, many retailers would
like to expand their business online. But none of them has enough
knowledge or even the attendance to deal with topics like IT, return- &
denial-handling, cash-collection, … In fact they can find for each
required component a service provider but getting all of those partners
into a working structure is creating more problems than becoming a
reliable / sustainable solution.
Being aware of those problems we decided to found with
e2market.com the first full service provider for B2C e-business. We
are the only company in Ukraine which can provide a retailer a full
service solution for developing and running an online store out of one
hand.
Our first two clients are Tago which is an Ukrainian fashion brand and
TUMI which is a well known brand for premium luggage. We are
currently in the final negotiation phase with other retailers / brands
and we will have 12 to 16 stores online by the end of 2013.

E2M is a web incubator.
By setting up our e-service business we learned very quick that we
created with e2market.com also a perfect base to develop projects!
The Ukraine itself is an emerging market in a very early stage but even
the biggest CIS country Russia is still far away from it’s real potential. So
within the next years there is a big opportunity to participate at an
amazing market.
That’s why we started to develop and to invest into projects as well. The
Ukraine is full of young and hungry professionals with great ideas and lots
of energy. But most of them need capital and consultancy to get their
projects successfully from the seed to the start-up phase.
Currently we are launching our first project Shopzone which will go online
in November 2012. We financed the complete seed- and start-up- phase
by ourselves.
In addition we are evaluating ongoing new ideas. Our target is to invest
into projects which are in an early seed-phase and to partner with venture
capital funds from the start-up phase.
