- 9. Participants 186 learners Secondary school teachers and college lecturers NO experience in participating in a fully online professional course. Given GUIDELINE (in a digital form) on how to access and use the platform functions such as replying forum.

Analysed DataLearning Content Providing learners with engaging and meaningful course materials … support students’ readiness to learn, and orientation for learning, while encouraging intrinsic motivation Materials with the purpose to assist them in their professional work…learners may feel a stronger motivation toward course materials that are related to solving problems in the workplace. Providing the participants clarity in applying the information in their teaching and learning.
