2. Overview
• The Enhanced Assisted Application is an enhanced
version of the assisted application flow, using
SingPass QR-only login.
• Only QR login option will be available on the
SingPass login page. Applicant will authenticate
using SingPass Mobile app.
• Examples of assisted applications are:
a) Assisted application over counter
b) Relationship Manager serving customers

Qns: How does digital service render SingPass with only
QR login?
Ans: Businesses with approved linkup request for this
enhanced assisted user journey will be provisioned with
unique app credentials that will display SingPass with
only QR-only login.
Qns: Must the applicant have SingPass Mobile for this
user journey?
Ans: Yes. This enhanced assisted application will show
SingPass login with QR-only login. Hence, there is a
need for applicant to use SingPass Mobile.
Business representative can encourage applicant to
download SingPass Mobile app for application to digital
service.
