• The Web recruitment module is a simple to set up and use add-on module for
People Inc.
• No IT or web developer skills are required to publish vacancies on line
• The People Inc. Web recruitment module enables users to publish details of
vacancies seamlessly onto the clients existing website.
• When candidates apply online, their details are automatically recorded within
the People Inc. database to allow users to manage the recruitment process for
the applicant.
• Successful Applicants converted to an employee using a simple wizard.

3. How does it work?
1. People Inc. Users create a new vacancy within People Inc. and use the ‘Publish
to web’ option to add this to their company website.
2. Applicants can browse all open vacancies before applying for a position.
3. They then complete an online application form (this can be configured to meet
the needs of the company) and attach a CV if required.
4. Once they submit the application, the data is fed directly into People Inc. and
an email is sent to the applicant confirming receipt of their application.
5. HR can then carryout the recruitment process using the built in tools provided
in People Inc. (such as analysis reports and letters such as sending Rejection
letters to all rejected applicants or offer letters/contracts to the successful
applicant).
6. Successful Applicants can then be added to People Inc. as an employee using a
specifically designed wizard.
