About Us :
R & D Innovative Solution, is a pioneer organization working in the
agriculture sector addressing the issues in entire agriculture value chain. With
its decade long experience of working with farmers, input suppliers, extension
service providers, market aggregators, government agencies and development
agencies the company has developed this product to address the core issue of
agriculture financing among the small holding farmers.
We have developed this product in partnership with the leading tech company
Inficare Pvt.Ltd.

• Bank provide loan to farmer
• Loan amount can be used only in designated merchant facilitated by R & D.
• Payment process should be using digital platform using QR Code
• 2Factor authentication to secure the payment channel

5. Process Flow
Customer register with bank for Loan approval, Bank will provide Loan ID card with
customer photo.
1. Customer presents his/her Loan ID QR card to Bank’s designated merchant.
2. Bank provide Merchant, a mobile application, from where they will scan QR code and
sends for verification.
3. Once QR code is validated, customer receives OTP in their registered mobile phone.
4. Customer gives OTP to Merchant to confirm the transaction.
5. Merchant enters the OPT to proceed the payment confirmation.
6. Server verifies the OTP and completes the Transaction. Which will debit customer
account and credit merchant account. This will also sent SMS notification to customer
and merchant for final confirmation

8. Security
• Customer must physically present their Loan ID Card provided, which will
contain their photo and encrypted QR Code.
• Merchant must verify Loan ID provided.
• QR Code will be encrypted, and only Bank’s Merchant App can read that data
• While processing transaction by merchant, Customer will received SMS OTP 6
digits, which will be valid for 5 mins from the time it generates
• SMS OTP will be send to registered mobile at the time of Loan Registration

10. Other Services provided
Farmers : A pool of farmers will be provided ready to be the customers .
Farmers are being screened in co-operation with the agriculture department
of the local bodies.
Vendors : A pool of vendors will be available immediately .
Printing of QR Code Card : Printing & Delivery of Kisan Card for the
farmers .
Support for vendors & Farmers : Digital Literacy program for vendors &
farmers as per the need.
