• Multiple applicants user journey refers to
application that needs more than 1 applicant to
complete.
• Examples of multiple applicants user journey are:
a) Online application for joint Corporate account
b) Online application for Corporate loan with
guarantor
• Multiple applicants user journey can be achieved
via 2 steps:
