6. What is Present Perfect ?
The present perfect tense is one of the common verb tenses in English,
used to show an action that happened in the past that is directly related
to the present, such as actions that are still continuing or that indicate a
change over time.
We use the present perfect to indicate a link between the present and
the past. In other words, the time of the action is before now but not
stated.

The present perfect continuous (also known as the present perfect
progressive) is a verb tense used to talk about something that started in
the past and is continuing at the present time.
We use the present perfect continuous to talk about a finished activity
in the recent past. Using the present perfect continuous focuses on the
activity.
