 Before selecting to the particular job or to a particular
company they need to have minimum skills and qualities
for the post. We can use the psychometric assessment so
that we can hire the candidate with behavioural
characteristics. It means of identifying and measuring a
person's cognitive abilities. It is used to check which person
is suitable for the given task.
 Psychometric tests are used to determine the
differences between people in their intelligence and
abilities. There we can ask to give tests like online
assessment test and the second one needs to ask
questions on a chart of widget production by year
over a span of five years with three different
grades of products at different monetary values.
 Checking the personality of the candidate
 We need to the personality of the candidate while hiring so; it
gives the better report for the recruiter in the personality
assessment. In this, the candidate should show his
professionalism. We have to check whether he have interest on
the job, whether he will do his job perfectly or not. This type of
tests we can keep in the assessment. The candidate should sit in
straight forward to the recruiter with a decent style.
 In the personality assessment candidate, should give the
answer with confident whether it is wrong also no worries.
Candidate should behave descent manner. This assessment
is an end result of gathering information intended to
advance psychological theory. The recruiter should select a
person who will be the most promising person from a group
of job applicants.
