This can be anything from comfort food, a couch at home, a cigarette,
anything making us feel safe.

We also look for variety in life.
We look for something unexpected to happen.
Positive change or being unsure if things happen or not.
Situations that get us out of our comfort zone.

5. 3. SIGNIFICANCE
This is about recognition for doing something.
Being important and feeling acknowledged for something we
have done or achieved.

6. 4. CONNECTION
We all want to be loved.
Something that gives you a strong feeling or someone you feel
strong about.
Deep connectivity to someone or something.

7. 5. GROWTH
Feeling valued and getting the feeling that you grow.
Getting the feeling that you are growing emotionally, spiritually
and intellectually.

8. 6. CONTRIBUTION
Giving beyond expectations.
Going beyond the usual to help others.
