What kind of media institution
might distribute your media
product and why?
•I think a independent film company would distribute our media product as it is not
good enough quality to be distributed by a big institution such as paramount.
•institutions that may distribute our product could be film four ,warped and PolyGram
filmed entertainment films as they are independent film companies known for
producing social realism films such as trainspotting and this is England and even
though our product isn’t a social realism film it does contain certain aspects and
ideas from social realism films.
•These institutions would be good for distributing our film as we are trying to apeal to
an audience that like our genre so through these institutions reputation we would
be able to apeal to our preferred target audience
