Example Goal: (SG #10) Contribute to the ongoing development and productivity of staff by developing a job standards training that assist supervisors in evaluating employee productivity. Developing the training would enable supervisors to effectively measure job performance and enable employees to be more productive and engaged. ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],The training would be interactive with supervisors fully engaged. The  application tool would be used to implemented across the school to help improve productivity and  performance measurement. I will engage support from my supervisor Jessica who has experience developing trainings for the Carlson School.
