A BRAND FOR DAY TO NIGHT
“Export of services” means the supply of any
service when,–– (i) the supplier of service is
located in India.
(ii) the recipient of service is located outside
India.
(iii) the place of supply of service is outside
India.
(iv) the payment for such service has been
received by the supplier of service in
convertible foreign exchange or in Indian
 The service you provide is that of an intermediary. As
per of the IGST Act, 2017, “intermediary” means a broker,
an agent or any other person, by whatever name called,
who arranges or facilitates the supply of goods or
services or both, or securities, between two or more
persons, but does not include a person who supplies
such goods or services or both, or securities on his own
account.
 The place of supply of “intermediary
services” shall be the location of the
supplier of services. Therefore, the supply
of the intermediary service is in the taxable
territory and so the service is taxable and
as a service provider, you have to
discharge the tax liability.

 According to various analysts
reports, ITC is projected to see a profit
dip of nearly 35% but will see healthy
growth in its FMCG segment.
Lockdown hurts ITC's cigarette
business - ITC owns about 80% market
share in the category, 25% of the profit
 After Britannia, and HUL, FMCG major ITC is all set to declare its first-quarter
earnings for 2020-21, on Friday, July 24. With its cigarette business taking a big
knock and hotels seeing a complete washout due to the pandemic, the hope lies
with the FMCG business to save the quarter for ITC.
R & D came up with Orange

survey of 14000 customers .

• The project started with a pilot in June 2000
in Madhya Pradesh with Soyabean farmers.
• Plans are to reach 15 states by 2010,
covering 100,000 villages with 20,000
Choupals.
• Currently, it covers six states, and multiple
commodities like prawns, cotton and coffee
with 4000 Choupals.
