2. What is dynamic keyword
insertion?
Dynamic keyword insertion is one of the features of google ads which
enables you to customize an Ad based on user search query.
i.e., It allows you to automatically update your ads with keywords in your
ad group that matched the search query.
This feature allows you to dynamically customize keywords in the ad
copy customers see depending on what they’ve searched for.
They’ll all be taken to the same landing page, but depending on the
specific search they used, they’ll see different ad copy
3. Why do we need Dynamic Keyword
Insertion?
• Traditionally, in order to show users ads that are specific to
them, brands would need to create a large number of ads with
slightly-tweaked copy.
• This was time consuming, and the sheer number of campaigns
were difficult to manage
• That’s where dynamic keyword insertion comes in.
• This feature allows you to have one ad that appears differently to
each user based on their search query.
• It also increases the Ad relevancy , CTR and Quality Score.
4. How to use Dynamic Keyword
Insertion?
To use this feature in your ads, you insert a special piece of code into
your ad text.
For example , let's say you are running an campaign for chocolate
store. You would insert an snippet code like the following :{Keyword:
chocolate} in your Headline or Description.: chocolate}.
When a user search query is long google cannot insert that query as an
keyword in your Ad.
When an keyword cannot be inserted in your ad the google will insert
chocolate instead.
