2. 2 ½ cup bread flour
½ tbs salt
2/2 tsp instant
yeast
½ table spoon

½ cup water
¾ cup white
sugar
1/8 cup bread flour
3. PROCEDURE
• First sift the bread flour and measure 2 ¼ cup in the sifted flour
• Then get ½ tbsp. of salt and ¾ cup of white sugar and mix them in the sifted flour
• Get ½ cup of water and put the ½ tbsp .of instant yeast and 2 ½ tsp of white sugar
• Transfer dough on a floured board and start kneading .continue kneading until dough
is smooth .approximately 25 minutes
• Cut dough into two , then roll each half into a round log about 30 cm x21/2 cm
• Cut into 12 egual pieces. Dredge with bread crumbs
• Place on greased baking sheets with one side of each pieces facing up ,about 2 ½ cm
apart . Let it rise until double its size .bake in a pre-heated oven at 350F for 15-20
minutes
