MAKE THE
DOUGH
Step 1
Combine the whole wheat
flour, water, ghee and salt.
Knead into semi-tight dough.
3 Medium-sized Potato (boiled
& mashed)
1/2 cup Onion -finely chopped
1 tsp green chillies -finely chopped
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chat masala
2 tsp gheesalt to taste
2 tbsp coriander-finely chopped
1/2 tsp cumin powder
PREPARE THE
STUFFING

DIVIDE
THE
DOUGH
Step 3
Divide the dough into equal
portions.
ROLL THE
DOUGH
Step 4
Roll a portion into a circle (4″
diameter), dusting some flour.
PLACE
THE
STUFFING
Step 5
Place a portion of stuffing into
the rolled dough. Press lightly.
Step 6
Pull the sides of the rolled
dough to the center and seal
the stuffing tightly.
Step 7
Flatten the stuffed dough and
start rolling again by dusting
some whole wheat flour.
Heat a tawa and cook them on
both sides. Keep the flame low.
Smear 1 tsp ghee over it while
cooking..
Delicious aloo paratha is ready.
Serve them hot.
Enjoy your Aloo paratha with
curd and pickle.
