say the date, time and name.
Pictures are also a convention of newspaper websites they are
relevant to the topic and show the reader what it is.
Location links of the story is also a convention of a newspaper
website these are used to tell the reader for example where an
incident happened.
Social sharing on websites is a convention because a user can
share the story on social websites such as Facebook, twitter and
even email it moves with the page navigation.
Headline and summing up sentences is also a convention these
are used in most newspaper websites.
3. Hyperlinks is also a convention of newspaper
Very short paragraphs are used in newspaper website these are
a convention.
There are also bigger spaces between paragraphs and no
columns compared to newspaper articles which use columns and
no spacing.
Some will have comments sections and side boxes with
additional info which is also a convention of newspaper
websites.
They also use videos sometimes which are relevant to the topic.
4. Compare Tabloids and Broadsheets
The difference between the two is that, a broadsheet is
bigger and has two folds, both vertical and horizontal,
while a tabloid is lesser and folded only once, much like
an ordinary magazine.
