My name is Sam Jung and I have worked with Mike Prochaska for over a year at Little
Hands Child Development Center. We were the only two male teachers at the center, and
I learned a lot from Mike. He has an amazing passion for working with the children, but
he also interacts and works well with the parents as well. Throughout the center, Mike
was known to always work hard and do any task or assignment necessary. Mike also has
a wonderful ability to constantly learn and grow through daily experiences. No matter
the situation, Mike constantly has a smile on his face and is always a joy to work with.
His joy and passion can be seen on a daily basis. As a teacher, interaction with children
is essential, and Mike ensures that all the children are cared for.
I currently work part-time at Little Hands Child Development Center as an associate
teacher, but I also am an HR Professional at Allstate Insurance. I can honestly say that
Mike has everything that is necessary to be a successful teacher, team player, and
employee. There are plenty of parents and children that will easily vouch for Mike
