4. Learning and Development - Training Content Developer (MT)
Requiring Training & Development Background,
and comfortable in using basic IT tools
The intern is responsible for designing and developing Computer Based Trainings / Web Based
Trainings with suitable enhancements based on training material in the form of Video
shoots, PPTs, WebEx sessions, etc. available. S/he might also be involved in organizing and
delivering trainings with the Learning & Development Department.

5. Software Engineer (TT)
Requiring C / C++ / Java / VB / ASP.net Interns will be working mainly on software development
work with clients. S/he will be allocated into projects upon arrival in India. The allocation will be

6. BanColombia Project (TT)
Requiring Spanish and AS/400 The intern shall work with offshore/Onsite maintenance team of
the bank (Spanish-speaking client)’s critical software applications. S/he shall liaise with the
bank(Spanish-speaking client)’s IT department in gathering and clarifying Business
requirements, understand the project related documents (in Spanish) and document the same
in English to support the team in project implementation.

7. Green-belt Six Sigma Project (TT)
Requiring Quality Management Background The intern will be working with the Quality-Quality
team in the BPO environment. His/her role is to identify problem areas and drive improvement
projects based on six-sigma methodology. S/he will lead Lean Six Sigma Projects to deliver
targetted results.
