Students, ladies and gentlemen, I am truly honored to have the opportunity
to be one of the speakers of this remarkable and outstanding lecture series in
NCKU. I have chosen to speak on this issue partially because it has
profound implications for me personally, and partially I think we can all
agree that the interactions of these three nations can and will have profound
implications for Asia and for the world.
In order for me to prepare my speech, I surfed the website of the English
