2. Style We are choosing to do our video in mixed-media animation. We will be using different techniques to build up the scenes. Using idea’s we’ve gained from watching various animated music videos, we will try and incorporate a number of these techniques such as rotoscoping, anime, object animation and live action/animation in our own video. Primarily using iStopmotion, we will use childish drawings, magazine cuttings and photo’s taken by ourselves and them modified on Photoshop also in our video. Californication – Red Hot Chilli Peppers. A-Ha – Take On Me. The Firm – Star Trekkin’. The Beatles – Eleanor Rigby.
8. Locations, Costumes and Props. Locations: Traditional 1960’s American settings. Streets, bedroom, nightclub and a diner. Costume: Hippie inspired, casual, very 60’s influenced with a hint of indie style. Props: drawings, photos, magazine cuttings, and any other media we choose to include in our video.
