Electronic Advising Notebook is most commonly referred to as EAN.
EAN is a tool within PeopleSoft that has been built with various quick
access tools and it is our main tool in advising.
Some of the main purposes of EAN include (these are just a few):
• Reviewing Previous Notes for Students
• Creating New Notes for Students
• Reviewing Various Items On a Student Account
• Access to GPS Messages

3. To Access the Electronic
Advising Notebook (EAN) got
to Main Menu. Go ahead,
click on it 

4. From the main menu, select
“Campus Community”

5. Finally, Select Electronic
Advising Notebook.

6. You have now learned how to
access the Electronic Advising
Notebook (EAN).
Let’s go ahead and learn how to
add this to your favorites for easy
access.

It will
automatically
populate and all
you have to do is
click OK.

Additionally, you’ll
receive this
notification once all is
said and done.
Click OK.

9. You are now able to access
EAN form the favorites tab.
