9. Design & Art Direction – Designed the visual look for this Marketing Leadership Meeting. The set had one large 40’
center screen flanked with two 16x9 screens. Designs templates included, Speaker Titles, Photo Treatments and
segment intro’s. I also designed and executed motion graphic intro’s and titles. Connect to this link to view these and

10. Visualization – These are initial comp layouts that were shared early on with the team. The team included Creative’s, clients and staging. The Value of this
is being able to look at and respond to a concept well before you begin to build it. The value of creating that first visual of “what it might look like” is
huge. One of the best services I provide is visualizing an idea.
Visualization – A Rendering provided by the Event staging company. that had the theme graphics included. This is where final graphics are plugged
in to the final set.
11. Design – The initial criteria of the design was to Theme the meeting in a way that was hip and creative. This was to appeal to the younger and mostly
International Marketing audience. Keeping within the established Brand standards was a top priority. It was also important to keep the visuals fresh,
interesting, and cost effective for 3 days. I used Color and existing photo assets to stay on Brand. Layout, texture and the balance of light and color
made it hip. The modular design of the torn paper elements allowed for infinite combinations of color and layout. The flexibility of the design made
it cost effective by having one look approved for all 3 days and that look could change by moving or swapping out elements .
