My idea of Entrepreneur Incubators is turn America forward

1. Entrepreneur Incubator Concepts
The need for Entrepreneur Incubators across America is high due to the
requirement of re-education of the unemployed. From our High School
Dropouts, Auto Assembly Workers, Management, and Marketing, etc.
we have awesome talent looking for a place to learn and contribute, so that
they can help in the growth of the American economy, as well as their own.
The Entrepreneur Incubator successful new products will be a showcase
for the United States Trade Missions to increase Exports for individual
States. It will require the participation of the Governors of each State, like
the “Aloha on Tour” Trade Mission, that I participated in during my time
(with John D. Waihee III 1994) in Hawaii, which went to Hong Kong and
Taipei.
The Entrepreneur Incubator Project is focused on providing a place of
Encouragement and eLearning. The primary area of interest needs to be
on the creation, and sale of new generation eLearning Courseware on
subjects from Farming to Sustainable Solar and Wind Power. Of course
there will be many new ideas and concepts generated from the
Entrepreneur Incubators. The primary need right now is to provide national
endowment and private venture connected Advanced Technology
Centers. HOPE is the bottom line, since it is needed to get all of us
working towards a common goal of Patriotic Americans focused on not just
re-employment but the advancement of the American workforce, and the
American Economy.
The following is one of my areas of focus for the past 10 years. The
Advanced Technology Center is envisioned to be contained within the
Entrepreneur Incubators to provide the LAB environment necessary for our
brightest Entrepreneurs…
SECTION I: The Artificial Technology Center (ATC)
What is the Artificial Technology Center?
The Artificial Technology Center is to be a new and unique research and
development laboratory. Its purpose is to advance and promote the
technology of high-speed Internet applications. The center will advance the
technology with an innovative research and development laboratory. It will
promote the technology by demonstrating and educating the public as to
the new possibilities offered by a Wideband Internet.

2. Why is it needed?
The ATC is needed for one primary reason – to develop profitable products
for the Internet of tomorrow. All businessmen are aware of the difficulties in
developing new products. Developing products for the Internet is even
more challenging because no one knows how their Internet Application will
grow and what it will grow into. Social Media is beginning to be a game
changer for Human Rights. We do know that the Internet’s amazing
technological advances have changed the rules of commerce, yet we do
not completely know what those rules have changed into. Because of this,
developing creative and profitable products is much more difficult on the
Internet than it was in the past.
The ATC will be an environment designed to quickly produce new products
and technologies. It takes advantage of the fact that advances in Wideband
technology will soon turn the Internet into a host of previously impossible
applications.
The ATC solves the problem of where to create these different applications
and it also determines if they will be profitable. It does this by building a
Wideband environment where an Internet user can use the new
applications in a meaningful and productive way, similar to Usability Labs,
and where at the same time, we can assess their usefulness and
profitability. The ATC’s environment is called the AiDigital Library.
