5. Referral process 1. Referring teacher & homeroom teacher fill in the referral forms together. (an easy way to get these is to ask Gill ) 2. Email the forms to Gill 3. Gill will ask subject teachers for their input. 4. Louisa will arrange an SST meeting. 5. The SST will develop an action plan. 6. The SST will designate one person on the SST to be the point person.
