The volume, with seasonal variations, is largely steady for now….. It ramped up quickly, escalated during the holidays and returned to the mean.
BUT consumers are just now learing about the problem and volume can be expected to increase
GetFiveStars partnered with digital marketing agencies that specialized in local vertical markets. With their help we were able to get a sense of the likelihood that any given location might have a question.

In this research we looked at almost 1800 businesswa split between dental, car dealers, fast casual restaurants, insurance agents, home services & big box retailers.
Fast Casaul, Dental, Self Storage were 50-250 location regional chains. For the big box retailers, I grabbed 100-150 sample locations for Sears, Staples, Home Depot, Walmart & Target
Home services, chiro and cars were mostly 1 (maybe 2 or) location businesses
For a product that was introduced so recently and was running in stealth mobile mode, no one is really aware of the degree of penetration. But we found that on average 53%% of all local listings from companies big and small had questions.
