                       Revamped Thomas Net program including generating entire online catalog.
                       Increased market penetration in several key areas- Garnet, Wheel Blast Equipment and

                   Salvaged a large system sale at Kellogg’s in Atlanta by making numerous visits to train
                   personnel and perform maintenance on the equipment.

               ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (2003-2006)

               Brought on to grow sales in a stagnant area for the company, eventually given responsibility
               for entire state of Florida and the company’s largest customer- Delta Airlines.
               Selected Accomplishments:
                   Increased sales in the South Georgia and Florida region more than 225% over a two year
                   period.
                   Assisted Pratt and Whitney with bringing a sub-contracted maintenance project in-
                   house in Atlanta which involved collaboration with Engineering at the plant and vendor
                   level, along with training of the personnel. Was a system which cost over $200,000.
                   Increased penetration of the DeltaTechnicalOperationsCenter from 2 departments to
                   over 15 different departments.
                   Opened new markets in Military and Aerospace; some examples: Jacksonville NAS,
                   Mayport Naval Station, Hunter Army Airfield, Gulfstream, Pratt and Whitney.
                   Opened a new account for Delong which grew to be a quarter of a million dollar per
                   year gross account in a variety of products.

               Began my career in Inside Sales Support and grew to manage entire WesternTerritory for
               this Manufacturer’s Reperesentative. Was involved in entire business process including
               contract negotiation, vendor support, sales management and training, and managing of
               distribution network. Selected Accomplishments:
                   Was point man for entry into major accounts which our vendors previously had no
                   success selling into.
                   Set up and trained a Distribution Network which included technical products training
                   and applications knowledge, along with joint calls into target accounts.
                   Was a problem resolution specialist, assisting in situations where the vendor had failed
                   on performance or the customer had unreasonalbe expections. Because of my expert
                   negotiation and people skills was able to bring parties to an agreement the vast majority
                   of times.
