points:
• Point based on the age- A total of up to 100 points is given to
the candidate on the basis of the age, so if a candidate are
aged between 20 to 29 then they are benefitted by the full
points. And the candidates who’s age is less than 18 or are
more than 44 does not get any points.
• Point based on the educational knowledge- A total of up to
140 points is given to the candidate on the basis of the
educational knowledge in addition to its 10 points are given for
the educational knowledge of the spouse or partner.
• Point based on the language – A total of up to 128 points is
given to the candidate for the knowledge of the language that
is either English or French, under which 32 points is given for

4. • Second language ability- It is compulsory to know at least one language completely nut
the candidate who are well qualified with the both languages are benefited with the extra
point. A total of up to 22 points is allotted beside 128 points for the ability of the candidate
to know the second language either English or French, included reading, writing, speaking,
and listening respectively.
• Work experience in Canada – If a person or the candidate who apply for migration has
got the work experience in the skilled occupation of Canada then they are benefited with up
to 70 points on the basis of the number of years the applicant has worked in Canada, with
10 additional points made for the number of years in respect to the spouse or partner’s
occupation in Canada.
