Canada is making several changes to their Express Entry system that will take effect on November 19th. Some of the key changes include: 1. Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) will provide the most points (600), as the government aims to increase PNP immigration. However, this may lead to longer wait times. 2. Work permit holders in Canada for over a year will now receive points, except for certain programs like International Experience Canada. 3. International students completing a 3-year degree or higher will receive more points than those with certificates or diplomas. The government is seeking young immigrants with graduate degrees.

1. PNP is the king of all points distribution in CRS giving 600
points. Accordingtothe ImmigrationPlanfor 2017 Canada aimsto
welcome around 51,000 new immigrantsthrough thePNPsnext year,
a seven percent increaseon the target for 2016. PNP remainsthetop

worker must have been working in Canada for at least 1 year and job
