Title
Physics
- Circular motion–Revolutions or an object moving around in a circular motion
• The Earth rotating around the sun
- Centripetal force–The force needed to keep an object moving in a circle
- Centripetal acceleration–The acceleration that is always directed toward the center of
a circle
- Rotational motion–Spinning
- Angular displacement–How far in angles something moves
- Angular velocity–The speed at which you rotate
- Angular acceleration–Change in rotational speed
- Torque–A force that causes you to spin
- Rotational inertia–The tendency for an object to resist rotation
- Rotational kinetic energy–Energy of rotational motion
- Angular momentum–The amount of umph a spinning object has
- The Law of Conservation of Angular Momentum–Higher inertia, lower speed
